Everyday has its own menu-du-jour, so you can order à la carte from the seafood and non-seafood options. You’ll start the evening with pre-dinner drinks and hors d’oeuvres mingling in the Great Room and lounge. Then order the choice of gourmet entrée and main course. Finish off with your choice of gourmet dessert (it’ll be difficult!) and for the “Grande Finale”, our chef prepares a very spectacular flambéed coffee to conclude a wonderful dining experience
